I started teaching yoga again last week and I am once again reminded how important it is to me, not just for my personal practice but to help others find what yoga means to them. We are all on a journey to find our best selves and for me yoga brings me closer to what I crave both physically and mentally for my life. It has also reminded me the importance of “living” wellness in all areas of life and taking care of ourselves first so we are better for those around us. Yoga is such a wonderful way to quiet your mind, detoxify your organs and improve circulation. I teach Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am; I hope to see you soon.

Hello I am thinking about takeing your yoga classes but would not be able to do this during the week. Unfortunatly, I do not get home from work till 5pm. Is there any other times that I could look into for this class? Thank you
