I believe we are experiencing a relaxation deficit, and I am here to help fill this void – my teaching is not fitness based – it is about helping students connect to their inner self. My goal for my classes is to have people leave feeling more relaxed and present. You will surely gain strength, flexibility, and balance from the practice of yoga – but there is so much more to learn as well!
When working one-on-one with clients I hope to help you find ways to reconnect with yourself, to make space for relaxation, reflection, and food preparation. We are only here for a short time – now is the time to commit to yourself and find natural ways to feel vibrant, healthy, and happy. My Yoga Teacher Training is from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness, in Minneapolis, MN. I am currently enrolled in the Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling Program at Sevanti Institute, deepening my study of Ayurveda.
