Michele completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2010 and since then she has
completed several other certifications in yoga instruction. Michele’s classes emphasize
clarity of alignment, a steady connection to the breath, and a mindful investigation of what
qualities we are truly cultivating in our yoga practice. She strives to bring a sense of fun,
freedom and kindness to her classes and hopes to impart yogic wisdom along the way.
Michele is very passionate in guiding her students to new levels while encouraging them to
be confident at any level. She also asks them to reap the benefits that yoga brings into their
lives on and off the mat. Michele has a constant practice in meditation which allows her to
teach us to let go and trust you are right where you are suppose to be.
