Yoga has been a part of my life since 2004. After realizing how beneficial yoga can be, I earned my teaching certificate so I could share this experience with as many people as possible. Yoga teaches people to pay attention to their bodies, including their inner-selves, and the theories behind yoga can apply to every part of a person’s life. I firmly believe Yoga teaches people how to live not only a fuller life, but one of better health and contentment.
I have a BS in Wildlife and Conservation Biology from the University of MN, but am stuck working full time in Corporate America! I am lucky that I am able to fulfill my passion for environmental conservation through nature photography, travel, gardening, nutrition and just about anything outdoors. My husband and I dote on our once-feral kitty, Skylar.
