To best serve our clients, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and in some cases, service providers don’t get paid. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance (via a call, text or email) because we know how busy life gets and how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld:
New Clients- We require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. No-show appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment.
Existing Clients-Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or no-show appointment will require a credit card to book any future appointment. Appointments thereafter will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked value and no-show appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment.
