We believe that your mat is a great place to practice how you want to live your life.

The physical benefits of yoga are immense. The strength, flexibility, detoxing, conditioning and toning that the body experiences can result in lower blood pressure, better balance and faster healing.  But there’s more to it. Learning to breathe through the sometimes unusual, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes easy poses may find you better prepared for the sometimes unusual, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes easy situations life throws at you every day.

Class Etiquette:
-Arrive 10 minutes prior to class
-Check in to class on the iPad
-Dress comfortably & bring a water bottle
-Bring your own mat and props, studio items cannot be used
-Masks are optional
-If you need to leave early, notify instructor before class
-If you’re not feeling well, stay home
-Pre-registration is recommended for all classes
-Cancel out of class if you are not able to attend class
-No instructor hands-on adjustments
-Studio is sanitized after each class
